Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders require 3–4 business days for handling and processing before shipment. This time is used for order verification, quality checks, packaging, and carrier preparation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery date is determined by the selected shipping carrier and their service standards. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide assistance when possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
